1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VA Suite 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use VA Suite 360. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@vasuite360.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

4. Tokens and Subscriptions

• VA Suite 360 operates on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed each time you use an AI feature.
• Free accounts receive a limited token allocation as described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans provide larger token allocations as specified at time of purchase.
• Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may not use VA Suite 360 to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• You may not use the platform to send spam, phishing content, or malware.
• You may not circumvent usage limits, token deductions, or access controls.
• You may not use the platform for automated bulk generation intended to manipulate search engines or spread misinformation.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using VA Suite 360. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to process your inputs and generate outputs on your behalf. VA Suite 360 and its branding, design, and code remain the exclusive property of VA Suite 360.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the suitability of any AI-generated content before using it. VA Suite 360 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness of AI outputs.

8. Disclaimers

VA Suite 360 is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VA Suite 360 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination you lose access to the platform and any remaining tokens.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
